Focus and Scope

Jurnal Ada Pustaka: Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pengajaran is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles, theoretical studies, literature reviews, and innovative practices in the fields of language, literature, and education. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, teachers, graduate students, and education practitioners to disseminate original research findings and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in language, literary, and educational studies.

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and applied research that contributes to the development of theories, methodologies, and educational practices at the national and international levels.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

1. Language Education, including curriculum development, language pedagogy, instructional design, language assessment, literacy education, bilingual and multilingual education, digital language learning, and language teacher professional development.
2. Indonesian Language Education, including the teaching and learning of phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, literacy, and language skills.
3. Language and Linguistics, including theoretical and applied linguistics, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, forensic linguistics, corpus linguistics, computational linguistics, ecolinguistics, anthropological linguistics, and linguistic landscape studies.
4. Literature and Literary Studies, including Indonesian, regional, and world literature, poetry, prose, drama, film studies, folklore, comparative literature, literary criticism, stylistics, semiotics, structuralism, post-structuralism, feminism, postcolonialism, ecocriticism, psychoanalytic criticism, reception theory, cultural studies, digital literature, and literary anthropology.
5. Literature Education, including the teaching and learning of literature, literary appreciation, creative writing, literary literacy, digital literature learning, drama education, poetry education, and innovative approaches to literary instruction.
6. Educational Studies, including curriculum studies, educational philosophy, educational psychology, instructional innovation, classroom action research, educational evaluation, educational policy, educational management, inclusive education, multicultural education, character education, and educational technology.
7. Digital Learning and Educational Technology, including e-learning, blended learning, mobile learning, learning management systems, digital media development, artificial intelligence in education, virtual learning environments, educational applications, and technology-enhanced language and literature learning.
8. Language, Literature, and Culture, including cultural studies, intercultural communication, local wisdom, translation studies, language policy and planning, media discourse, identity studies, digital communication, and language in society.
9. Contemporary Issues in Language and Literature, including critical discourse analysis, multimodal discourse analysis, media and communication studies, digital literacy, social media discourse, political discourse, gender studies, environmental discourse, language and artificial intelligence, and emerging issues in language and literary research.

The journal publishes original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance.
